Snowflake bills per second with a 60-second minimum each time a warehouse starts. A larger warehouse can finish a query faster, so credit consumption can remain unchanged when runtime falls in proportion to the higher rate.
The table describes the warehouse rate, not the dollar cost. Multiply credits by the rate in the account agreement. Edition, cloud, region, and contract terms determine that rate.
